The Real Estate Authority (REA) is the independent Government agency that regulates the New Zealand real estate industry. The REA promotes high standards of service and professionalism in the real estate industry, provides information for buyers and sellers, and deals with complaints about agent behaviour. At any time (whether you choose to contact us or not) you can contact the Real Estate Authority.
