Introducing Morgan Phillips
Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
Morgan Phillips started off his working career in the Building Industry as a Carpenter. He then proceeded to work for himself building new homes and additions.
Morgan eventually ended up working for an International Hotel/Property Co., the final four years as General Manager - he's had his fill of dealing with big commercial businesses.
After very successful years as a salesperson where he quickly moved to the top, a natural progression for Morgan's next step was to become the sales manager, whereby he has been in this role for 4 years.
Up front and out there, Morgan will make you laugh as he goes the extra mile for his clients, displaying the same loyalty and commitment as he has shown when working his way up through the ranks.
Married for 27 years, Morgan's life revolves around his wife Bon (who has joined him in Real Estate) and their three boys, Jake (22), Billy (16) and Tom (13).
In his spare time Morgan has completed his AREINZ and Business Diploma.
