Iris Gilbert believes Service, Listening Skills, Enthusiasm and Negotiation Skills are the four most important ingredients she, as a Sales and Marketing Consultant, can bring to the fore as advocate for the sale of a clients property. It's served her well since obtaining her real estate licence in 1988. First she ‘SOLD' in Whangarei for several years, two of those with the local Professionals and currently with Professionals, Hutt City Limited, since 1997.
With a previous background as a financial consultant, handling investments, loans and mortgages these skills are an additional string to her bow when advising clients of possibilities.
Positive and friendly with a wealth of knowledge and experience in real estate to her credit, Iris knows the value of training, and courses completed have led to her position in the top 10 and 20 percent of the Professionals nationwide in the past years and in the $20 Million Dollar Club.
