Customer commitment has to be paramount in the real estate business. I have had varying experiences being a vendor and purchaser myself, so in identifying these I will endeavour to ensure your Real Estate experience will be a pleasant one.
My first business experience was at the age of nineteen as owner operator of a coffee bar/steak house restaurant and more recently owned and operated three retail sites for ten years in Lower Hutt. I also attained considerable marketing skills whilst working for the Masters Games in Wanganui. I will put the above marketing and entrepreneurial skills to work for you when we discuss your property's marketing plan.
My first interest in the real estate market was more than twenty years ago as a small property investor and to this day I'm still passionately involved with property.
My interests are travel, reading, gym, walking and being involved in our three children's (all adults now) interests. In earlier years I have been keenly involved in Plunket and Parent Teacher Assns, both in president and committee roles. When we first opened one of our retail outlets in Petone I served on The Jackson Street Programme for a term.
