Introducing John McIntyre
Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
Hello, my name is John McIntyre. My life and work experience has been varied and interesting. Currently I live in Stokes Valley in the Hutt.
I have previously worked as a real estate salesperson for a total of over 9 years. My real estate career began in Invercargill working for the Professionals in 1983 selling: farmlets, bare land, businesses…
In 1988 I joined Beltons (later it became United Realty World) in Auckland. While working there I received target awards in 1989 and 1990 in recognition of my dedication and commitment to listing and selling residential real estate.
After a break from real estate, I joined Barfoot and Thompson in Auckland as a residential salesperson. I was second in the Panmure Branch for sales and listing performance by Branch for the year ended 31 March 2000. I was given the responsibility for looking after the sales team when the Manager was on vacation. In addition I informally assisted in the orientation and sales training of new team members.
For most people, buying real estate is the biggest financial undertaking they will ever make. My commitment to you is one of: honesty, integrity, trust, enthusiasm, energy, friendliness and professionalism. Above all, I desire a reputation for being honest.
I have a Bachelor of Business Studies and a theological degree. I trained and taught as a primary school teacher. I am also a qualified teacher in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages.
My interests include: sport, current affairs, travel, politics, economics, history, theology, movies, reading and church activities. Currently I am coaching the Eastbourne Under 9 cricket team.
I have lived and worked in Europe. For 3 years I taught general and Business English in the Czech Republic from 2004 to 2007.
I believe in going the extra mile. I am at your service for all of your real estate needs. Thank you.
