Property Manager 

Our property management department is one of the largest in the Wellington area and we now require an additional property manager to be based at our Lower Hutt office. 

Responsibilities include:

• Dealing with all landlord and tenant requirements
• Inspection of properties
• Organising maintenance requirements
• Monitoring rents
• Sending out relevant correspondence and reports, etc

The ideal candidate would require good communication skills, initiative, is well organised and has the ability to deal with clients on all levels.  A good sound knowledge of basic home maintenance and being able to identify possible maintenance issues would also assist the suitable candidate.  You must be able to work unsupervised and full training will be given.

Remuneration is based on a percentage of income the portfolio of properties generates and you must have your own reliable transport.
