Letting Consultant
Our Rental Department is one of the largest in the Wellington area and we require an additional letting consultant based at our Lower Hutt office.
Responsibilities include:
Dealing with all tenants accommodation requirements
Reference and credit checking
Drawing up all relevant documentation
Maintaining and growing a database of properties to let
Experience is not necessary as full training will be given, but the ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service/communication skills, have the ability to relate to a wide range of people, be computer literate, well organised and willing to go the extra mile.
This position is for an independent contractor with their own reliable transport who is able to work unsupervised. Remuneration is based on a retainer plus commission package. Selling experience would be of distinct advantage as this is a role where you are rewarded for your efforts. Hours are Monday to Friday and every 2nd Saturday. Flexibility is definitely required for this role.
